Kick Shield for Kickboxing

Elite Pro Gear kick shield for focused kick training

Work on your kicking technique with the Elite Pro Gear kick shield. Use it during kickboxing sessions with a coach or training partner to practise targeted kicks and refine your technique step by step.

Available in two sizes: 50 × 27 × 12 cm and 73 × 32 × 14 cm. Choose the size that suits your training.

From single kicks to combinations

Start with a single kick, then build up to combinations. Your training partner sets the position of the shield and the pace of the drill, allowing you to focus on placement, timing and coordination.

Why train with a kick shield?

• Focused practice: work with a clear target for your kicks.
• Varied sessions: alternate between individual techniques and combinations.
• Partner training: coordinate the pace and drills with your coach or training partner.
• For kickboxing: add targeted kicking drills to your training sessions.

Give your next session a clear goal

Whether you are repeating a technique or working on a combination, this Elite Pro Gear kick shield gives your partner training a clear focus. Shop at Fightingworld and work on your kicking technique.
